How to request a license
Email jacksonelimusic@gmail.com with the subject “Music licensing inquiry.” To help assess the request, please include:
- The track title and a listening link.
- A short description of the project and the mood you need.
- Where it will appear: for example, a festival film, website, social platform, advertisement, podcast, or broadcast.
- Territories, intended term, audience/paid media plans, and expected launch date, if known.
- Whether you need the composition, the specific sound recording, or both.
Rights and permissions
Every request is reviewed individually. Before confirming a license, we will verify the rights relevant to the selected track, including any co-writers, performers, samples, distributors, rights-society registrations, or existing agreements that may apply. Please wait for written permission and agreed terms before using music in a project.
Buying or downloading a track does not automatically grant synchronization rights, advertising rights, or unrestricted commercial use. No license is granted by merely linking to or streaming a recording. Availability, permitted uses, territory, term, fees, and any required credit are agreed in writing for each project.
Based in Texas, Travel Stories Music welcomes thoughtful inquiries from around the world. English, German, and Spanish inquiries are welcome; please mention your preferred language in your email.
